Message From the Captain

The Bellevue Women's 9-Hole League is a great opportunity to play golf on a weekly basis each Thursday morning. We welcome new members as well as our returning members to a fun filled and exciting 2012 season. This year we will begin our season with a mandatory membership meeting on March 29. This is a must for new members as explanations regarding handicap, scoring procedures and rules of play will be discussed. The New Member orientation will begin at 9:00 am followed by the General Membership meeting at 10:00 am. You won't want to miss this gathering as we have a great calendar planned!!!

Last year our Captain, Melissa, started a no-host lunch after our regulation play for the first Thursday of each month. Since it is such a nice way to socialize and meet other members and ask questions about golf, we are going to continue this for 2012.

Our "Dear Birdie" box will be out each week for your golf questions too. Our club communication is done mainly by email, postings on our bulletin board at Bellevue Municipal Golf Course and this website. Be sure to check them all out.

I'm excited to be your captain and I am looking forward to meeting you here at the clubhouse or on the course!
